You can cancel at any time, right up until 1 hour before the trip departs, and the full cost of your tour will be refunded to you (less the Tour Protection fee).
There are no doctor’s notes, pre-existing condition clauses, forms to be filled out, penalties or cancellation charges- no questions asked! And…with Eyre Tours Trip Interruption Assurance (included with your Tour Protection), if your overnight tour is interrupted due to illness or emergency, you will receive a refund for the cost of the remainder of your vacation.
Pricing by Trip Type
Multi-Day Vacations by Bus
Tour Protection fee is $14 for every $100 increment of tour value.
For example:
Trip value: $101-$200, Fee is $28 pp
Trip value: $201-$300, Fee is $42 pp
Tour Protection does not cover rate increases due to roommate cancellations. If your roommate cancels and you choose to travel on the trip, you would have to pay the increased cost to a single (from a double) or a double (from a triple).
Day Trips
Tour Protection fee is $12 for every $100 increment of tour value.
For example:
Trip value = $0-$100, Fee is $12 pp
Trip value = $101 – $200: Fee is $24 pp
Eyre’s Tour Protection Plan is not offered on certain ticketed events. Tour Protection fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Tour Protection must be purchased prior to final payment of your tour. In order to activate Tour Protection, you must call to cancel at least 1 hour prior to your tour’s departure. During business hours call 410-442-6872. After business hours, use extension 8200.
Travel Protection for Cruise & Fly Vacations
Travel Protection is recommended through The National Tour Association’s (NTA) Travel Protection Plan administered by AON Affinity.
